UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s statement, “If we divide, we will cut” is constantly making headlines. RSS has also put its stamp of approval on this statement by CM Yogi. Meanwhile, Shankaracharya Avimukteshwan and Saraswati made extensive comments on this issue. Terming the unity of the country as important, he asked what is the recipe to achieve it.
Shankaracharya Avimukteshwananda said that if we divide, we will cut, the verb is in the future tense. This is a sign of possibilities in the future. He said this means that we are not yet divided, but it is a possibility. He said that we need to find the reason for what will divide us.
Shankaracharya’s question to CM Yogi and BJP
Swami Avimukteshwanand Saraswati, while asking questions to CM Yogi Adityanath, BJP and RSS, said that if unity is to be achieved, what is the recipe to achieve it? He said, “Declare the cow as the mother of the nation, make cow slaughter a crime. A cow is a mother, when the whole country knows about it, the whole country will say that the cow is our mother.
He said that when the mother (cow) of both becomes one, both will automatically become brothers. He said that there is unity among brothers, it is called brotherhood. This can only happen by recognizing the cow as the mother of the nation. He said that the reasons for the division would have to be exposed publicly.
If we divide, we will be divided, but it will create political confusion.
CM Yogi Adityanath said during the rally, “The nation will be strong only if we remain united and noble.” If you divide, you will be divided. Keeping Bangladesh in mind, such mistakes should not happen here. If you divide, you will be divided. If we remain united, we will remain just.” This statement by CM Yogi is causing a lot of political commotion.
Samajwadi Party national general secretary Shivpal Yadav mocked the statement, saying “If we divide, we will be wiped out” and said the SDP will not be divided or reduced and anyone who says such things will be beaten later.
