Zeeshan Siddiqui joined the NCP in the presence of Ajit Pawar. On the occasion, Zeeshan said, “It is an emotional moment for me and my family. Thanks to Ajit Pawar, Praful Patel and Sunil Tatkare. He showed confidence in me during this difficult time.”
Zeeshan Siddiqui says I have received a nomination from Bandra East. I am sure that with all the love and support from the people, this time I will definitely win from Bandra East.
Zeeshan Siddiqui had earlier become the MLA from Bandra East in Mumbai as a Congress candidate. His late father Baba Siddiqui was also in the Congress earlier.
However, he also joined the NCP (Ajit Pawar faction) in June this year. Baba Siddiqui was shot dead in the Bandra area on the night of October 12.
